Angle measurements in a 3D studio.
Student: Martin Jurica
Supervisor: Mgr. Frantisek Matejka
This diploma project deals with angle measurements in a 3D studio. The precision of 0.1 grad in measurements
of a support table rotation is seeking. An optical incremental encoder HEDL 5540 I 14 was used as a sensing element.
The sensor generates 3600 pulses per one turn of the support table. An evaluation circuitry was designed and
prototyped using a CMOS counter 40110. This solution is compatible with the mechanical part of the table.
Experiments prove that the required precision of the angle measurements was achieved.
This bachelor work is a part of the GA AVCR project S2065014 "Relief submicron
diffractive structures produced by e-beam lithography".
