Conductomectric microsensor

Requirements of an analytical chemistry are cheap and precise conductometric sensors with high
sensibility even for very less quantity of a chemical solution. Miniaturisation brings many undesirable properties
eg. an effect of double layer capacity, serial resistance of electrodes etc. A distance between electrodes is in
the interval from 100um up to 10mm. The mesurements show that the conductivity depends on the intensity of
the electric field which depends on distance of electrodes, on the interaction of double layer etc.
An alternative thin-film conductometric sensor was designed and prototyped. Actually, it is ready
for characterisation and further measurements.
